Alongside the pedal car racing, a christian-based character building course forms part of the FAT-programme. This course is a prerequisite for all team members and teaches them life skills and team dynamics. 



Another big aspect to team building is regular camps and outings. By experiencing special events together, kids are able to grow in friendships while gaining confidence and trust.
